My name is Terrica Carson, M.Ed. I am the founder and CEO of TLC Learning & Transportation Solutions. I am an educator with over 15 years of experience in the field of education, I am equipped with a master's degree with a special education endorsement, who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my teaching career. Over the years, I have demonstrated a deep love for teaching and a passion for nurturing the potential of every student I encounter. I have worked with students across various grade levels, from Kindergarten to 8th grade. My creativity and adaptability has allowed me to tailor instructional approaches to meet the diverse needs of students effectively. I believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and capable of success. One of my defining qualities is the willingness to go the extra mile for any student. I am committed to helping students achieve their full potential. I am also certified with Project Lead the Way (PLTW),teaching STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects. I am dedicated to providing students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in an ever-evolving world.
